Terms of service
These Terms of Service are the contract between you and Rules Of Faith Ltd (registered as Rules Of Faith Limited, company number 15038993) for use of rulesoffaith.com and for goods you buy from us.
Registered office: Rougham, The Firs, Bowdon, Cheshire, WA14 2TN, United Kingdom. Email: hello@rulesoffaith.com.
The shop is hosted by Shopify. Checkout, payments, and order records are processed on Shopify’s platform.
By using the site or placing an order you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
Nothing in these Terms takes away your statutory rights as a consumer in the United Kingdom, including under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
Who may use the shop
You must be 18 or over to place an order. You confirm that the information you give us is true and that you are authorised to use the payment method.
You may not use the site for anything unlawful, to attack or overload our systems, or to copy or scrape the site except as allowed by law.
Orders
When you place an order you make an offer to buy. We accept that offer when we send an order confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order (for example if an item is listed at an obvious pricing error, is out of stock, or the order looks fraudulent). If we have already taken payment, we will refund it.
Limited drops and small runs sell out. Product images are as accurate as we can make them; colours can still vary on different screens.
Prices are shown in the currency selected on the site and are subject to change before you order. Import duties and taxes on international orders are your responsibility unless the checkout says otherwise. See Shipping.
Payment
Payment is taken at checkout through Shopify and the methods offered there (cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, and others as shown). We do not store full card details.
Delivery
Delivery estimates are on the Shipping page and at checkout. Risk in the goods passes to you when they are delivered to the address you gave us (or collected, if you chose collection).
Returns
Returns, exchanges, faulty goods, and refunds are set out in our Refund Policy. The house window is 30 days from delivery, which is longer than the usual 14-day online cooling-off period. Faulty or misdescribed goods are handled under your legal rights, not only that window.
The Collective
Selected garments include a chip in the neck label. Scanning it may open The Collective, a members layer for people who own Rules Of Faith pieces (early access, member communications, and similar). Access depends on a genuine purchase and on you following the on-screen steps. We may suspend access if we reasonably believe a profile is being abused. Collective data is handled under the Privacy Policy.
Intellectual property
The Rules Of Faith name, marks, imagery, site design, and product designs are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, sell, or commercially reuse them without written permission.
If you send us ideas, comments, or images, you grant us a non-exclusive right to use them to run and improve the brand. Do not send anything you do not have the right to share.
Liability
We are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our breach of these Terms or our negligence, and for goods that are not as described, not of satisfactory quality, or not fit for purpose, as UK law requires.
We are not liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, or for loss that was not foreseeable when you ordered. We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that UK law does not allow us to exclude.
If you use the site as a business, our total liability for any order is limited to the price you paid for that order, and we exclude loss of profit, business, or data.
Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a new version on this page. The version in force when you order applies to that order.
Law
These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer living in the UK, you also have the benefit of mandatory consumer protections in your home nation. UK courts have jurisdiction, without limiting any right you have to bring a claim in your local courts.
