Want to return an item? No problem!
Please send your item(s) using a tracked delivery service, as we can only process returns that have been received. Once your return arrives, you will be eligible for either an exchange or a refund.
Please note that return shipping and packaging costs are non-refundable. All returned items must be in their original sale condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
Return Requirements
- Include a completed returns form inside your parcel.
- Returns cannot be processed without the completed form.
- Ensure your parcel is securely packaged.
- Return your item(s) to the address provided on the returns form.
If your return does not meet the requirements outlined above, we reserve the right to refuse the return and send the item(s) back to you.
